The booklet brings the results of research and conservation-restoration of the Our Lady of Loreto Altar from St. George’s Parish Church in Pleševica. The 1757 polychrome wooden altar was restored after extensive research, which included chemical and physical investigations in order to determine the original technology, as well as historical research. This demanding task was entirely carried out by the Croatian Conservation Institute.
