The Feudal Town of Sokolac

Sokolac, the medieval seat of the Princes of Krk in Lika is a heritage site of historical and artistic importance, with its monumental architecture and a history of visiting royalties and other notable historical figures of the time.

Located in the substruction of the court chapel of the Holy Trinity is the permanent exhibition of Brinje and the Princes of Krk, based on conservation-restoration research of this monument complex. The Croatian Conservation Institute marked the completion of its efforts to rehabilitate and present the Chapel of Holy Trinity with this exhibition, also announcing further adaptation of the complex of the feudal town of Sokolac.
