Paintings and Polychrome Objects of Art: Materials and Cleaning Methods

Seminar and workshop, Dubrovnik, Croatian Conservation Institute / Dubrovnik Conservation Department, 25th-28th April 2005

The four-day seminar and workshop were held by Paolo Cremonesi. The seminar and workshop focused on organic solvents and water-based cleaning methods. Twenty conservators-restorers from the Croatian Conservation Institute Departments in Dubrovnik, Zagreb and Split and from the conservation-restoration laboratory of the Ministry of Culture in Zadar participated at the seminar. A reprise of the seminar was planned due to great interest of the participants and their colleagues who were unable to attend.
